O’Carroll Engineerging Values
A technology driven, innovative, fabrication organisation where employees & customers take pride in their work and operate in a climate of trust, respect & safety.
Why work for OCE
We offer candidates the opportunity to work in an innovative, technologically advanced fabrication facility (and even enjoy themselves while doing it!)
Work-life balance is important to us and that is why we have adopted a 4.5 working day week.
We provide an environment that will challenge your abilities while offering a clear path to advance your role, skills and rate of pay.
Staff training and upskilling are central to our goals and employees are encouraged and given a platform to voice their ideas on how to improve themselves and work practices.
Apprenticeships: OCE has an excellent track record of training in the art of fabrication. Aligned with the SOLAS Metal Fabrication Apprenticeship programme, apprentices can earn whilst they learn in one of Ireland’s most advanced fabrication facilities.
Situated adjacent to the picturesque town of Killarney, established in 1990 OCE has grown to be a leading local employer. Over 50% of our staff have been with us for 5 years or more, many progressing their roles as the company has grown.
