Feature Stairs

Structurally certified, fully designed, steel fabricated feature stairs solutions. Working closely with clients and leveraging over 30 years of experience, we utilise our unique digitised design-to-fabrication process to enable our clients’ to manage their projects more efficiently and cost effectively.

Site information is captured exactly, drawings are shared in 3-D and decision making process expedited. Potential issues or conflicts are identified and eliminated while site programmes can be streamlined and schedules compressed.

Over many years we have gained particular expertise in feature stairs in commercial offices, and retail.

All our work is installed by our fully qualified site installation teams.

We are a BIM-ready company and operate to the highest health and safety standards. O’Carroll Engineering (OCE) carries the relevant management standards, independently assessed fabrication certification to EN1090 standards as well as CE marking and the appropriate professional indemnity and product insurances.

Materials

Predominately mild and stainless steel, aluminium and glass.

Finishes

Raw, primed, wet spray, galvanised and power coated. High brush and mirror finish as well as bead blasted stainless steel. We also have strategic joinery partners and offer timber cladding and handrails to the very highest craftsmanship.

*Not every project warrants full design process, however, on industrial fabrications or standard architectural projects we are happy to work with clients based on their designs or desired finishes to achieve their cost and scheduling goals.
